I was rather disappointed when all I saw was a windows download – no linux, however spotwebfc runs great using wine on linux :)

Thank you for your feedback. I have built SpotwebFC for Linux (Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit) some time ago to test it, and it worked OK :)
The only thing I am unfamiliar with, is the distribution/packaging of Linux binaries.
Once I have figured it out, I will upload the Linux version.

Is it also easy to build it for Mac? If so, please do it. :) I love it, but I hate having to reboot with bootcamp to use it.

I don’t have any Mac OS knowledge. But I assume you’ll need a mac to build tools. Correct me if I am wrong. I personally don’t own a mac. But the source code is available on github. So feel free to build a mac version, Spotweb Filter Creator is written with Qt, and is multi-platform. The source code should compile on a mac in theory. :)
